Notice to our Valued Drug Representatives

In order to better respect everyone's time, we ask all Drug Reps to schedule an appointment to visit our clinics using the links below.  This reduces your wait time and provides the best opportunity for our doctors to step away without impacting patient care.  Please note the following:

• On average, doctors have 2-3 minutes to spare throughout the day to talk to representatives, so despite the time slot being 15 minutes, please expect brief visits
• Other than signatures for samples, any drug company should limit their visits to once every 4 weeks per office
• Please only expect to visit with one provider during an appointment
• We will strive to have an available provider at your appointment time, but there is no guarantee a provider will be available
• Although we are giving you a 15 minute window, please note that clinic is unpredictable and you may have a wait time.
• If you are from a laser or other device company, you can leave information about your products and we will contact you to make an appointment.  Please do not schedule without permission as you will not be seen.
• Our staff is happy to help get a signature for samples at anytime (even without an appointment), if that is all that is needed.

Also, please be advised that all reps must be escorted to our back office by a staff member and be accompanied by a staff member at all times.

Again, we really appreciate you coming by, and please know that any samples left will definitely benefit our community.
